Xiaomi Mi A1 was announced in India on September, 2017. It is an updated version of earlier mobile phones and was specially launched to come across the competition. Xiaomi Mi A1 is specially meant for its battery capacity and upgraded software features. This was announced as single version and price starts from Rs. 14,999. Xiaomi Redmi Note 4X and Mi A1 were launched recently with minimum changes when compared with Redmi Note 4. Xiaomi Mi A1 was planned to launch with only two colors in the beginning and by the time of lunch date it came up with most attracting color rose gold long with black and white.

Xiaomi Mi A1 was manufactured with optimum body weight of 16 grams with outer body dimensions as 155.4 x 75.9 x 7.3 mm. This was specially designed with aluminum metallic frame and stylish outer looks. It is with 5.5 inch LTPS IPS LCD display screen with multi touch technology and with 16M colors. Pixel resolution of this mobile is also high and attracting (1080 x 1920 pixels) and 16:9 ratio.
Camera Features
This mobile phone came with most advanced camera features especially for rear camera. Primary camera is with 12 megapixels (f/2.2, 26mm, 1.25 µm). Rear camera is also designed with features like Geo-tagging, touch focus, face detection, HDR, panorama, 2x optical zoom, dual-LED (dual tone) flash. Front camera is with 5 Megapixels and LED flash is not provided.
Storage and Battery
Xiaomi Mi A1 was launched as single version and there is no much change in price also. Inbuilt storage capacity of this mobile phone is 64 GB and there is also slot designed for micro SD card through which we can expand storage capacity up to 128 GB. RAM capacity is 4GB. Almost all Xiaomi mobiles came with best battery features and in the same way Xiaomi Mi A1 is also designed with non removable Li-Ion 3080 mAh battery.
Software Features
Operating system designed is the updated one and unique. It came up with Android 7.1.2 (Nougat). Initially it was planned to launch with operating system Android 8.0 (Oreo) and finally available with Android 7.1.2. Chipset and CPU are commonly designed as all other mobile phones (Chipset – Qualcomm MSM8953 Snapdragon 625 and CPU – Octa-core 2.0 GHz Cortex-A53).
